At Grüns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
